      BMS is mainly used for the battery system of EV

      Product Description

      The BMS is mainly used for the power battery system of the electric Vehicles.The BMS can detect the power batterys on line and monitor the battery in real time to provide the voltage,current,temperature,SOC,state of insulation and other information,and meanwhile judge the operating state of the battery and discreteness of battery pack in real time.If there is a failure,the battery management system sends the failure signal to the ECU or anyother unit on the CAN bus of the electric vehicles,even in some worst state ,shuttdown the output of the power battery system.

      FUNCTIONS:

      1.1Overview

      BMS operating Power :Suitable for 12V or24Vsystem (DC9V - 32V ) .

      Only for Li-Ion batterys system detect and analyse.

      Can Measures up to more than 200 Li-Ion Cells in Series

      Measures up to 8 temperature sensors for a package(Box)

      Cell balancing integrated in side

      All measure in 2 secondfor one cycle

      Insulation level monitoring for between the battery pack and the EV(GND) with more than 2MΩ impedance。

      1.1 Function description

      Single Cell Voltage Measurement;

      Cell in Series Temperature Measurement;

      Cell in Series Current Measurement;

      Cell in Series Insulation Resistance Detection;

      Cooler Control;

      Heater Control;

      Cell SOC Estimation;

      Cell Balancing Control;

      Power Control of Discharge and Charge;

      Protect of Over Discharge 、Over Charge、Over Current、Over Temperature。

      Bad Cell Analysis and Online Alarm;

      The Case of Discrete Evaluation of The Battery;

      Communication with The Charger, Make Sure Charging Cafely by CAN1;

      Communications with Vehicle Equipment, Provide the Necessary Data for Vehicle Control by CAN2

      Voltage Measurement: Measurement up to 20 or 28 cells in series per package(box).

      Temperature detection: Each battery box will be installed some temperature sensors,6 point as usual. The Battery Management System can check the temperature sensor, and check the temperature sensor being lost or not; at the same time, the temperature sensor can work well or not, All the Temperature sensor be marked in n

      System Clock: provide time for systems to recording data in real-time

      Insulation Detection: detect the insulation resistance between vehicle chassis and battery, and in accordance with the national electric vehicles insulation standards :GS / T 18384.1 ~ 18384. 3-2001, related to grading, classification code.(standards and recommended participation in the following table):

      Current SOC: gain the current sampling by Current Sensor to complete the current measurement and AH accumulated.
