闡述了燃燒脫氧、催化氧化、化學(xué)吸收法等3種脫氧機(jī)理,主要綜述了貴金屬、銅系、鐵系、錳系、鉬系以及多孔陶瓷材料等相關(guān)脫氧劑的制備工藝、脫氧原理和研究現(xiàn)狀。通過對比不同脫氧劑的制備成本以及脫氧效果、后處理程序等,指出各種脫氧劑的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。其中貴金屬脫氧劑脫氧效果最好,但消耗甲烷、氫氣等還原氣體,且產(chǎn)生CO2/H2O等雜質(zhì);非貴金屬脫氧劑價(jià)格低廉,但脫氧效果略差,使用溫度相對較高;非金屬型脫氧劑具有不易硫中毒等優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后,綜合前述脫氧劑的特點(diǎn),提出脫氧劑的兩個(gè)發(fā)展方向,即非金屬脫氧劑和具有較強(qiáng)吸附、催化性能的復(fù)合型脫氧劑。

This article elaborates on three deoxidation mechanisms, including combustion deoxidation, catalytic oxidation, and chemical absorption. It mainly summarizes the preparation processes, deoxidation principles, and research status of deoxidants for precious metals, copper based, iron based, manganese based, molybdenum based, and porous ceramic materials. By comparing the preparation costs, deoxidation effects, and post-treatment procedures of different deoxidizers, the advantages and disadvantages of each deoxidizer are pointed out. Among them, noble metal deoxidizers have the best deoxidation effect, but they consume reducing gases such as methane and hydrogen, and produce impurities such as CO2/H2O; Non precious metal deoxidizers are inexpensive, but their deoxidation effect is slightly poor and their usage temperature is relatively high; Non metallic deoxidizers have advantages and disadvantages such as being less prone to sulfur poisoning. Finally, based on the characteristics of the aforementioned deoxidizers, two development directions for deoxidizers are proposed, namely non-metallic deoxidizers and composite deoxidizers with strong adsorption and catalytic properties.
